Return Refund Policy

·         If during the first 14 days from the date you received it, you feel you need to make another choice, please bring back the product(s), with their original packaging, to return or exchange the product.

·         Please ensure that the item youre returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

How to Return an Item:

·          ·         You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for returns in 2-5 business days.

·          ·         The item(s) must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging and all accessories.

·          ·         The packaging must not have any markings. Returns missing accessories will be rejected.

·          ·         Drop off the package at our office location.


·         Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

    ·    If you paid by cheque/Bank transfer, refunds will be sent to the cheque-issuing bank through online transfer within five business days of receipt of the returned item.

    ·    If you paid by cash, refunds will be given to the person who has delivered the item with the receipt of returned item as well as receipt of the returned cash payment.

Non-returnable items:

·         Customized products

·         Media: labels, ribbons, receipt paper, card stock, RFID tags, etc.
